BoA v Devizes & Warminster
Sunday 18th October
We had a 3 way fixture with Devizes and Warminster visiting, we had 24 lads so ran our Bulls and Bears squads.
First up we had the Bears against Devizes, this was a 7:17 loss against a heavy Devizes pack. Fin got a great try but we were too weak in our backs to prevent the heavy Devizes forwards.
Next we had the Bulls against Warminster, this was a dominant 28 : 0 win with tries by Tom Hunt, Matthew, Arthur and Louis.
Devizes then played Warminster, this was stopped at 7 tries to zero for Devizes.
The Bulls then Played Devizes, this was a great match and we came out as 19:5 winners with tries by Ollie Kane, Matthew and Louis with conversions by Arthur. Some great team play, keeping the ball moving and good defensive work resulted in this win.
Lastly the Bears played a strengthened Warminster (I gave them Arthur, Tom Hunt and George!) we came out 14:0 winners with tries by Will Bishop and John and conversions by Tom McNeile. Harry was held up by Tom Hunt in a game that was closer than the results show.
